Sleeping through the night was a real issue for me. I used to wake up every two hours for not reason at all, I felt exhausted all the time, I had no energy. Well, look at me now! By using my essential oils I have been able to control my menopause. When I get a hot flash I use peppermint. To help me calm down after I get palpitations I use Clary sage on the back of the neck and the base of the spine.
To deal with anxiety I use Frankincense and for insomnia, Vetivert and Lavender.
Not taking any caffeine has helped, but if I don’t use the oils 4 times a day(I’ve an alarm on every 4 hours) WHOOSH! everything comes back 100mph.

Good Day. I know Aran through her support for my menopausal symptoms. She offered me samples of essential oils initially and after seeing and feeling the results, I wanted more.
I’ve been using whispers and I must admit I’m pre-menopausal and my period is better than it has been for months. Peppermint helps for hot flashes, for sure.
