This is the perfect winter breakfast, for those chilly mornings, creamy texture, topped up with berries and few toasted almond flakes for the added protein. So very comforting, delicious!

- 80g Whole rolled porridge oats
- 200ml Semi-skimmed milk (Alternative milk can be used)
- 300ml Water
- 15g Flaked toasted almonds
- 150g Fat-free natural fromage frais
steps
- Put oats in a saucepan with milk or alternative milk, add 300ml of water. Cover over a low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy
- Pour into two bowls and top up with mixed berries and almond flakes.
