When you fancy a sweet treat every now and then, try this speedy dessert to give you that sweet fix without a diet disaster

Ingredients

  • SERVES: 4
  • 450g Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 4 Meringue Cases, crushed
  • 800ml Greek Yogurt
  • Maple Syrup

steps

  • Take 4 large dessert glasses
  • Place layers of strawberries, topped up by crushed meringue, a drizzle of maple syrup and yogurt

Top with a few strawberry slices and a spring of mint to decorate it.
