BANANA AND BLUEBERRIES OVERNIGHT OATS

The perfect breakfast for warmer months, but it can be enjoyed all year-round.

Ingredients

  • PREP TIME: 3 minutes
  • 4 Hours or overnight
  • CALORIES: 91 Kcals

  • Vegetarian (Vegan)
  • 1 Small Bananas,
  • 75g Plain Yogurt,
  • 250ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 30g Strawberries,
  • 100g Oat flakes, rolled,
  • 24g Blueberries

  • Season with salt and pepper, then slice the lemon and place slices inside the sea-bass
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked
  • Serve with fennel, scattered with the reserved tops
